Duties

• Draft pleadings and motions in complex business litigation matters.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of complex litigation experience.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Admitted or eligible to practice in Minnesota; other bar admissions are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Minnesota State Bar.
