Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Government Investigations/White Collar Senior Associate in Springfield, MO. The role involves working closely with the Human Trafficking Compliance group and representing survivors in a Pro Bono Legal Clinic. Candidates with six to eight years of experience in criminal and civil litigation are preferred.

Duties

• Defend corporate clients in federal government investigations.
• Conduct supply chain investigations and audits.
• Draft and review compliance programs and policies.
• Engage in internal investigations for companies.
• Represent survivors in human trafficking cases.

Requirements

• Six to eight years of relevant experience preferred.
• Background in criminal and civil litigation.
• Experience with corporate governance issues preferred.
• Interest in agriculture or food industries is a plus.
• Active bar license in the corresponding state or commitment to obtain one.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
