Associate Attorney

Duties

• Attend Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) with clients.
• Conduct recorded statements via phone.
• Draft and electronically file litigation documents using Florida's E-Portal.
• Schedule and coordinate mediations, depositions, and court hearings.
• Manage discovery and respond to motions.
• Maintain frequent and empathetic communication with clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to manage a growing caseload efficiently.

Requirements

• Active membership in the Florida Bar and in good standing.
• At least one year of personal injury experience preferred.
• Previous litigation experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Florida's E-Portal, including e-filing, drafting motions, and answering discovery.
• Ability to handle a caseload independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
