Job Overview

A law firm seeks a litigator in Austin, TX, to support administrative proceedings, manage spin-off litigation, and oversee significant condemnation activities. Duties

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in the State of Texas.
• If licensed 3 years or less, must have graduated in the top third of law school class.
• Able and willing to work in the firm's Austin office.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
