Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Corporate Finance Associate for its Dallas, TX office. This full-time position is ideal for a 2nd to 4th-year associate with experience in corporate finance transactions.

Duties

• Represent administrative agents, lenders, and borrowers in credit facilities and acquisition financings.
• Negotiate and draft credit agreements, debt commitment letters, and related documents.
• Manage deal processes and maintain client interactions.

Requirements

• Experience with club and broadly syndicated credit facilities.
• Experience with private credit facilities and acquisition financings.
• Admission to one or more state bars; Texas bar admission preferred.

Education

• Strong academic background required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one state.

Skills

• Superior drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and team-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle significant responsibility.
