Duties

• Review and draft Revocable/Irrevocable Trusts, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, and related documents.
• Manage client files and records efficiently.
• Prepare legal documents and facilitate communication between attorney and client.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the State of California.
• Experience in Estate Planning and Trust Administration preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
