Duties

• Represent clients in domestic-related matters in and out of court.
• Present evidence and argue motions during trials or hearings.
• Prepare legal briefs, opinions, and draft legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
• Supervise paralegals and legal assistants.
• Perform administrative and management functions related to legal practice.

Requirements

• 7 to 15 years of law firm experience.
• Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Florida Board Certified in Family Law preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Education

• Bachelor's and Juris Doctorate degree with competitive academic standing.

Certifications
