Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney in Boca Raton, Florida, to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will passionately advocate for clients navigating complex family law matters, including divorce and paternity disputes, while valuing both teamwork and autonomy.

Duties

  • Represent clients in domestic-related matters in and out of court.
  • Present evidence and argue motions during trials or hearings.
  • Prepare legal briefs, opinions, and draft legal documents.
  • Negotiate settlements and advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
  • Supervise paralegals and legal assistants.
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to legal practice.

Requirements

  • 7 to 15 years of law firm experience.
  • Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • Florida Board Certified in Family Law preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Education

  • Bachelor's and Juris Doctorate degree with competitive academic standing.

Certifications

  • Florida Bar membership.
