Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Inventory Attorney in Saint Augustine, FL. Duties

  • Coordinate litigation requirements and translate them into operational strategies.
  • Maintain deadline controls and ensure adherence to escalation protocols.
  • Ensure filing readiness by managing documentation and pre-filing information.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by managing expectations and inquiries.
  • Assist in task coordination and quality assurance for paralegals and case managers.
  • Oversee compliance with court rules, filing protocols, and service processes.
  • Support post-filing litigation requirements, including pleadings and trial preparation.
  • Manage discovery workflows to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Collaborate to improve litigation support workflows and standardization.
  • Mentor and train legal support staff to enhance procedural knowledge.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills for managing complex litigation.
  • Ability to build trust and engage clients with professionalism.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Education

  • JD required

Certifications

  • Admission to at least one U.S. state bar required

Skills

  • Experience with complex litigation preferred.
  • Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.
  • Proficiency in CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify.
