Job Overview

A law firm seeks a full-time Corporate Attorney with over five years of experience to join its office in Vancouver, Washington. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and diverse practice, supporting a range of corporate legal matters.

Duties

  • Support entity formation, including private companies, LLCs, and joint ventures.
  • Manage mergers and acquisitions, securities, and financing transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence and draft commercial contracts and credit agreements.
  • Handle large and small M&A transactions effectively.
  • Manage complex transactions and prepare client-ready documents.
  • Interact across offices and practice groups.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of corporate legal work experience.
  • Experience in at least one key industry sector preferred.
  • Strong entrepreneurial and client service mindset.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in Washington, or eligibility for reciprocity.

Skills

  • Ability to manage complex transactions and client interactions.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
