Commercial Litigation Attorney

Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a commercial litigation attorney with 1-year of experience. The candidate will work on a broad range of matters at the firm. Must have exceptional analytical, communication, drafting and other litigation skills and experience with matters in Illinois State and Federal courts through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development and trial.

This firm is one of the oldest and largest law firms in the country concentrating exclusively in representing management in the field of labor, employment law and employee benefits. It represents clients in litigation before federal and state courts and administrative agencies and provides a wide range of services, including labor relations and benefit plan audits, management and supervisory training, surveys to assess the desirability of sites for new facilities, and economic research and analysis. Although the firm is not very large, it is beginning an expansion that allows it to compete in a global legal environment while maintaining a small-firm culture. Associates are provided challenging, but manageable, assignments, and they are free to have outside interests as well.
