Job Overview
A respected law firm with offices in key Florida markets is currently engaging partner-level legal professionals for its core commercial litigation division. This opportunity is ideal for seasoned litigators ready to contribute to high-impact client matters while advancing leadership within a collaborative legal team.

Duties

• Lead complex commercial litigation matters from intake through resolution

• Strategize case development, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation

• Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as alternative dispute forums

• Supervise associate attorneys and coordinate legal teams across multiple matters

• Maintain and grow client relationships through strategic legal counsel

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in handling complex business disputes

• Strong courtroom presence and excellent litigation skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

• Active admission to at least one U.S. State Bar

• Florida Bar membership is strongly preferred or willingness to obtain

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and advocacy abilities

• Proven leadership in managing litigation teams

• Strong client communication and business development skills

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish preferred
