Requirements

  • High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and integrity.
  • Understanding of California Family Law, with experience in cases involving estates from $200,000 to $2 million.
  • Proficiency in using multiple computer programs and adapting to a paperless environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
