The candidate will play a crucial role in representing clients in personal injury cases and ensuring their rights and interests are protected. Will work closely with clients, negotiate settlements, and advocate on their behalf in court when necessary. Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in personal injury cases. Conduct thorough investigations to gather evidence, assess liability, and determine damages. Communicate with clients to explain legal options and potential outcomes and keep them informed throughout the case. Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and pleadings. Engage in negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements. Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions. Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with all legal deadlines. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to strategize and build strong cases. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents related to personal injury. Participate in mediations, depositions, and hearings as needed. Must be fluent in Spanish. Should have an active license to practice law in the state of Texas.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Exceptional negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills are needed. Should have strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Must have the ability to work independently, in a group, and be able to coach other paralegals.
