Duties

  • Represent clients in criminal and traffic defense cases, ranging from minor infractions to serious felony charges.

  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal assistants in preparing cases.

  • Consult with current clients and potential clients interested in retaining legal services.

  • Participate in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.

  • Manage client communications and case strategy.

  • Handle a variety of legal tasks, including documentation, negotiation, and legal research.

  • Assist in business development and client relations.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in Florida.

  • Previous experience in criminal or traffic defense law is preferred but not required.

Education
