Duties

• Manage direct client relationships and responsibilities.
• Plan and draft documents for clients with taxable estates.
• Facilitate multi-generational wealth transfers using complex estate planning instruments.
• Conduct post-mortem administration.
• Prepare and review tax returns, including Forms 706, 709, and 1041.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality client services.
• Florida Bar membership required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the Florida Bar.
