Duties

• Serve as co-counsel on client matters, including representing clients at USCIS interviews.

Requirements

• Active U.S. bar license (any jurisdiction).
• 2-3 years of experience as an attorney.
• Immigration experience required.
• Background in mock trial, moot court, depositions, and/or litigation.
• Availability during business hours.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
