Duties

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the state bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Proven expertise in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

Education
