A law firm seeks a disciplined and motivated Associate Attorney to join the Foreclosure Department in Hunt Valley, Maryland. Duties

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of Maryland foreclosure matters from assignment through conclusion.
• Perform legal reviews of loan instruments and financial documentation for compliance.
• Represent clients in court conferences, mediations, and motion practice.
• Provide legal analysis and strategy recommendations to clients.
• Prepare and review pleadings, motions, and correspondence related to foreclosure processes.
• Maintain internal case management systems with precise documentation.

Requirements

• Active membership in the Maryland State Bar in good standing.
• Admission to the Virginia State Bar is highly desirable.
• 1-5 years of practice in real estate, foreclosure, or creditors' rights law preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Maryland State Bar.
