Job Overview

A law firm seeks an attorney with substantial litigation experience to join their team in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial litigation and demonstrate strong leadership and advocacy skills.

Duties

  • Manage all aspects of fact discovery, including written discovery and depositions.
  • Draft pleadings and a variety of dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
  • Conduct and defend depositions and appear in court.
  • Identify and analyze legal issues and present clear recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with other attorneys.
  • Supervise associates and professional staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of commercial litigation experience.
  • Proven success in business disputes, arbitrations, and other legal proceedings.

Education

  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice or eligible to practice in the State of Arkansas.
