Duties

Requirements

  • Active member of the American Bar Association.
  • Knowledge of title insurance, wills, trusts, and real estate law.
  • 1-2 years of experience in estate planning and probate law.
  • Experience with high-net-worth individuals in estate planning and business law.
  • Ability to draft complex legal documents.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple estate plans.
  • Experience in collaborating with legal teams for efficient processes.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree with a legal background.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Valid Bar license in Minnesota.
