Civil Litigation Attorney

Aventura office of our client seeks civil litigation attorney with 5 years of prior experience in Personal Injury. The candidate will represent clients in court cases and other kinds of adversarial legal proceedings such as arbitrations, mediations, and administrative law proceedings. Will litigate personal injury and property insurance claims from intake to trial and negotiate settlements for clients. Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. Manage the Paralegal team and all phases of the litigation from the investigation, pleadings, and discovery through the pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes. A high level of Negotiation and Case Development with hands-on approach to Litigation Claims Processes are highly desirable. Attend Mediations and Global Settlement Conferences. Should have fluency in Creole and Spanish is preferred.
