Duties

  • Evaluate the viability of patent requests; complete and file patent applications.

  • Must live in the State of Minnesota or be willing to relocate to Minnesota.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in organic chemistry, or a related scientific field.
  • Ph.D. in organic chemistry or a science-related field required.

Certifications

  • Successfully passed the Patent Bar Exam required.
  • Registration to Practice before the USPTO is required.
