A nationally renowned plaintiffs’ litigation firm is seeking a talented associate attorney to join its securities litigation team. The firm is open to candidates currently located in Boston or San Francisco, as well as attorneys interested in relocating to either office.

The ideal candidate will have experience in securities class actions, derivative litigation, or corporate governance disputes. Familiarity with Delaware Court of Chancery practice is helpful but not required. Strong writing, research, and analytical skills—as well as a commitment to protecting investors—are key.

This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge litigation against major corporations and institutional actors, alongside a team of highly regarded litigators. The firm maintains a hybrid work schedule (in-office Tuesday through Thursday) and fosters mentorship and early responsibility.
