Duties

• Provide legal support to nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive legal services.
• Engage in legal research and analysis for client matters.
• Draft and review legal documents and agreements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a tax or business practice.
• Experience in a large firm setting preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare, higher education, or religious organizations is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota.
