Duties

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in general commercial litigation.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bar admission in California.
• Judicial clerkship is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Attorneys bill 2000+ hours/year, but enthusiastically discuss the firm's small, intimate environment and the interaction it affords. The firm generally prefers to hire laterals.
