Duties

• Represent creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings.
• Manage a high-volume caseload independently.
• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Attend hearings and communicate with courts as needed.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and team members.
• Collaborate with paralegals, legal support staff, and other attorneys.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• License to practice law in Illinois required.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and legal writing skills.
• Ability to handle a large caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous bankruptcy or foreclosure experience preferred.
