• Draft, negotiate, and manage deals with minimal oversight.
• Engage with entrepreneurial, fast-paced clients.

Requirements

• Minimum six years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage transactions independently.
• Strong drafting, negotiating, and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and work ethic.
• Admitted to the California Bar.
