Job Overview
A law firm seeks a midlevel associate to join its Litigation team in Sacramento, California. This role involves supporting the Wine, Beer & Spirits Law Group with state and federal alcohol beverage law and regulatory matters.

Duties

  • Collaborate with associates and partners on multi-state projects.
  • Evaluate tied house, trade practice, ownership, and licensing considerations.
  • Handle all aspects of administrative actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong business and client relationships.
  • Engage in general commercial litigation matters.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school.
  • Member of the California State Bar in good standing.
  • Experience with an Am Law 100 firm is desired.
