Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level Litigation Associate for its Dallas, TX office. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic and nationally recognized practice group.

Duties

• Analyze, research, and draft briefs on complex litigation issues.
• Prepare for trials and make court appearances.
• Manage cases and argue motions effectively.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Engage in strategic and analytical thinking.

Requirements

• Admitted to the Texas Bar.
• 4th - 6th year associate experience in litigation.
• Strong academic background.
• Solid writing and case management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and maturity.
• Willingness to learn and manage a challenging workload.
• Participation in community and professional organizations is encouraged.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the Texas Bar.
