Job Overview

Duties

  • Represent clients in legal proceedings, including litigation and negotiations.

  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Advise clients on various legal issues related to creditors' rights and compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies for complex cases.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting creditors' rights.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Proven experience in litigation and legal research is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Westlaw or similar legal research tools is preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
