A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney in Arlington, TX to join their team, assisting clients with legal matters involving families and family relationships. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in family law and be skilled in preparing legal documents related to prenuptial agreements, divorces, alimony, child support, and real estate.

Duties

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a family law attorney.
  • Licensed to practice in the state of Texas.
  • Experience in Tarrant County courts preferred.
  • Comfortable using or learning Clio Case Management Software.
  • Ethical, accountable, professional, and compassionate.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas.
