Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence cases.
  • Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and participate in negotiations and court proceedings.

  • Maintain accurate case records, monitor deadlines, and manage caseload efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing family law.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Nebraska State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
