Requirements

  • Two to four years of experience in intellectual property law.
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
  • Membership in the State Bar of Texas or eligibility to practice in Texas.

Education

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent preferred.

Certifications

  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
