Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Corporate Mid-Level Associate for its Las Vegas, NV office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in corporate transactions, particularly in public and private M&A, venture capital, and angel investments.

Duties

• Engage in complex M&A and private equity transactions.
• Draft acquisition agreements and related documentation.
• Manage a challenging workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their business objectives.

Requirements

• Three to six years of relevant experience in corporate transactions.
• Strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements.
• Proficiency in drafting complex legal documents.
• Admitted to the Nevada Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Nevada Bar.
