Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Real Estate Attorney for their Anchorage, Alaska office. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, engaging in a diverse real estate practice with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Duties

  • Handle commercial real estate transactions, including leasing and purchase & sale agreements.
  • Conduct real estate due diligence, including title review.
  • Manage real estate finance transactions and development-related contracts.
  • Engage in industry groups and business development activities.
  • Provide exemplary client service and maintain strong organizational skills.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Local State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity.
  • Some portable book of business and success in client portfolio development.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) Degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the local State Bar.

Skills

  • Strong legal research, analysis, writing, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership of projects and ability to work independently and in a team.
