A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury to join their team in Culver City, CA. The successful candidate will handle a variety of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice, from inception to trial. Duties

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court, mediation, depositions, and arbitration.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Manage caseload independently while collaborating with team members.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active State Bar membership in applicable location.
• 2-4 years of experience in medical malpractice and personal injury law.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and courtroom advocacy abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Education
