Duties

• Supervise various personnel within the team.

• Negotiate settlements and handle settlement disbursements, including subrogation claims and liens.
• Make court appearances and travel as necessary.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Active member in good standing with the NC State Bar.
• At least 1 year of experience handling personal injury matters.
• Ability to manage a large caseload and supervise support staff.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
