Job Overview

Duties

• Represent clients in oil and gas matters, including royalty disputes and regulatory issues.
• Prepare for trials and manage courtroom responsibilities, including motion practice and depositions.
• Utilize e-discovery software effectively.
• Conduct thorough research and provide exceptional advocacy and negotiation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Active bar license.
• Experience in oil and gas legal matters.
• Proficiency in trial preparation and courtroom procedures.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
