Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Corporate Trust Finance Associate to join their Finance & Banking Practice Group in Portland, OR. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, focusing on structured finance transactions.

Duties

• Represent trustees and/or collateral agents in structured finance transactions.
• Provide legal advice and support on various structured finance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality legal services.

Requirements

• One to five years of structured finance experience.
• Experience representing trustees and/or collateral agents preferred.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.
• Strong work ethic, maturity, and effective communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of practice.

Skills

• Interest in finance or accounting is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in previous roles.
