Duties

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of corporate transactional experience.
  • Strong drafting and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide practical, solutions-oriented advice.
  • Experience with business owners and management teams preferred.
  • Admission to the Michigan Bar or eligibility for admission.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Michigan Bar.

Skills

  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience in private equity transactions, real estate, or a background in business, finance, or accounting is a plus.
