Duties

  • Manage personal injury caseloads, including auto accidents and wrongful death claims.
  • Conduct client consultations and case evaluations.
  • Review and summarize case records, including insurance and medical records.
  • Draft and proofread legal correspondence and demand letters.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
  • Prepare for and conduct depositions of expert and lay witnesses.
  • Represent clients in mediation and court proceedings.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with support staff to advance cases.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical obligations.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in North Dakota.
  • Ability to commute to meet clients as needed.
  • Experience in a professional office environment.
