A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney in Woodland Hills, California. Duties

• Handle cases from inception to resolution, including legal strategy and research.
• Draft pleadings and motions, and manage discovery processes.
• Argue motions in court and attend mediations and trials.
• Work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and businesses.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in civil litigation in a law firm environment.
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and client interaction.
• Experience with depositions, motions, and mediations preferred.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Current admission to the California State Bar.
