• Completion of a bankruptcy court clerkship is advantageous.
• Admission to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia (preferred).
