Duties

  • Represent client interests and provide strategic legal counsel on various issues.
  • Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
  • Review court alerts and provide compliance guidance promptly.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, support staff, and external vendors.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from a law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Ohio and in good standing.
  • 1+ years of experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, title, collections, or creditors' rights preferred.
  • Knowledge of Ohio court procedures and filing requirements.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) required.
