Job Overview

Duties

  • Handle business transactions and general corporate matters.
  • Manage real estate purchases, sales, leasing, and development.
  • Oversee commercial financing and lending transactions.

  • Provide due diligence, drafting, and closing support for complex transactions.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant transactional experience, ideally in corporate, real estate, and/or finance matters.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Arizona Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly).

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Arizona Bar.
