Job Overview

A law firm seeks a talented attorney to join its Commercial and Technology Agreements Practice Group in Omaha, Nebraska. The role involves assisting clients with various contractual arrangements throughout the business lifecycle, including contract drafting, review, and negotiation. The attorney will work with sophisticated clients across diverse industries.

Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor and supply chain contracts, including technology and licensing agreements.
• Research, draft, interpret, and summarize commercial and technology contracts efficiently.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial and technology agreements.
• Licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in Nebraska.
• Experience with NDAs, supply agreements, service agreements, software license agreements, and SaaS agreements.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Education

• Excellent academic and professional credentials.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Nebraska or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Skills

• Experience in privacy, data security, and intellectual property is a plus.
