Duties

  • Collaborate with attorneys on renewable energy projects.
  • Negotiate, draft, and close commercial agreements.
  • Engage in project development and financing transactions.
  • Assist with mergers and acquisitions related to energy.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in energy transactions or related fields.
  • Exposure to negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
  • Familiarity with tax credit matters is a plus.
  • Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission in Missouri.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed attorney in good standing.
