Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level associate for its Intellectual Property and Trade Secret Litigation practice in Boston, MA. The role involves working with clients from various industries and collaborating with attorneys across a global platform.

Duties

• Conduct research and draft legal documents.
• Manage ESI collection, review, and production.
• Interview witnesses and conduct depositions.
• Participate in trial preparation and proceedings.
• Handle urgent or emergency litigation matters.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in IP and trade secret litigation.
• Experience in a mid-size to large law firm preferred.
• Ability to manage a complex docket efficiently.
• Willingness to learn new technology or subject matter quickly.
• Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligible for admission.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school.

Certifications

• Massachusetts Bar admission or eligibility.

Skills

• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Experience in specialized areas such as biology, chemistry, AI, or computer code preferred.
