Duties

  • Represent clients in litigation matters with professionalism and diligence.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Participate in discovery and trial preparation.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of litigation experience.
  • Top 15% of law school class preferred.
  • Judicial clerkship is strongly desired.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Nevada.
