Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions or technology transactions.
• Experience with technology industries and regulatory policy is desirable.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• CIPP certification is a plus.
